What a slate of games we have this week in NFL! And by slate, I mean just as exciting as a piece of slate - which is not very exciting at all. Actually, I tried to find a nice picture of a piece of slate to link to so I could show you how boring slate is, but I fell asleep.
It is true, however, that we are blessed with not only the best game on Earth, but also with week after week of great matchups. It only makes sense that there has to be an off week. The football gods’ Sunday, so to speak. Awww, when I think of it that way, I start to feel bad for complaining. No, on second thought, I don’t. I wasn’t complaining; I was just stating the facts. I am looking forward to the Bears at Packers game, but only because it is Sunday night and I should be fairly drunk and full of food by then.
Speaking of fairly drunk, the girls over at Hot Chicks Hot Picks have accepted a challenge from yours truly to make picks on each NFL game starting next week. The details are still being worked out, but you’ll know soon. As OMAR from 3 point dog pointed out, they might not even be chicks and how would one know, with the intraweb being such an easy disguise? I told him I am desperate for any attention from girls - real or imagined - so back off! All right, I didn’t really tell him that…I told him I was trusting. And I am. It is my way of giving a whole new meaning to fantasy football.
Hey! Jon, over at Pyle of List will have our NFL picks up shortly, so make sure to check them out. He also loves to interview the Babes Love Baseball girls like they are going our of style. I don’t think they ever will go out of style. In fact, I hope they create their own style; maybe start a designer label. Really, really, really tiny little baseball uniform-type stuff that all the girls would wear because the outfits are cute, the girls are hot and the ads for them are everywhere. I like baseball…now.

You’ve now put yourself in a no win situation. If you win the challenge, then no one cares. All you did was beat some girls. If you lose, then it’s open season for ridicule, as you lost to girls. GL w/ the challenge though.
