Week 4 NFL Football Preseason

by FanYard Blake  |  August 27th, 2008

Thanks to the football gods for bringing upon us the final week of NFL preseason! In just eight days, we will be watching NFL that matters for the first time since this past February. I know it has been a long haul, people, but we are almost there. Come next Thursday, the Redskins at Giants will open the floodgates for the 2008 NFL season and we can relax once again in the knowledge that the sport that makes life worth it all is back for another half a year. Unfortunately for the G-men, the loss of Osi Umenyiora means they won’t be able to relax at all. Right now, the early Yardstick favors the G-men to win by one point.

Most of us will be doing a fantasy football draft sometime in the next week. For an update on who to take and who to avoid, take a listen to Lee, Cory and Chris as they do a fantasy football podcast over at Fantasy Football Goat. There should be a new one, too, in the next few days.
