Tennessee at Memphis Showdown

by FanYard Blake  |  February 23rd, 2008

Too little belief in Shaq and the Suns and maybe a little over-hype for KG and the Celtics led to a wrong call by FanYard users on last night’s Boston at Phoenix game, as the Suns ended up winning 85-77. The other game discussed yesterday had users correctly predicting a big win by the Mavericks at Grizzlies, with Dallas winning that game 98-83.

Tonight, switching over to college hoops, is John Calipari’s second chance at leading the first undefeated NCAA Men’s team since Bobby Knight’s 1976 Indiana Hoosiers. Almost at the end of the regular season, his Memphis Tigers are ranked Number One at 26-0. They host Tennessee, ranked Number Two, tonight at 9 EST, and the Yardstick for this matchup favors the home squad to remain undefeated with a three-point victory.
